Summary:
The Salesforce Software Engineer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce-based applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the adoption of best practices and standards
- Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented development environment
- Embrace Agile methodologies, actively participating in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and retrospectives
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver incremental value, ensuring that business requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time
- Work with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces that support business objectives
- Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
- Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges to ensure the reliability and efficiency of applications
- Architect robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to industry best practices, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance
REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, best practices, and Agile methodologies
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
