Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a self-driven, versatile Salesforce Technical Engineer to join their dynamic team. The selected candidate will provide pivotal leadership in the development and support of our Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and skill enhancement


• Analyze and understand business requirements to develop effective Salesforce and middleware integration solutions


• Manage complete lifecycle of the Salesforce systems - from design, coding, testing to debugging and documentation


• Monitor system integrations regularly to ensure their robustness and optimal performance


• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Project Managers, and Operations


• Stay current with the latest advancements in Salesforce integrations and middleware technologies, and implement these learnings when appropriate


• Lead the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to timeline and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and middleware integrations


• Hold Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Integration Architecture Designer, or equivalent


• Proven experience in leading technical teams


• Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, API services, and system integrations


• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills


• Expertise in middleware technologies and integration tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, Dell Boomi, and others


• Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations with middleware systems using web services, REST API, and/or SOAP API


• Able to learn new technologies rapidly and implement them in the system as required


• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
