Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Plano, TX that is seeking an Inside Sales Consultant I to join their acquisition team. In this role, the Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for answering calls from an inbound sales line and scrubbing acquisition leads to verify their eligibility. The successful candidate will be required to manage the inbound queue, qualify calls, and direct them to the appropriate team. This role will be hybrid.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from an inbound sales line Scrubbing acquisition leads to verify their eligibility


• Managing the inbound queue Qualifying calls and directing them to the appropriate team


• Providing exceptional customer service to clients

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service roles


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Strong organizational and time-management skills


• Experience with lead management and inbound call handling


• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment


• Some type of sales experience


• Computer software skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
