RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce is looking for Lead Analysts. Qualified candidates will be planning and executing a variety of methodologies as part of the concept stage in the overall project development of applications using Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, PySpark, Qlik, A/B testing, and SQL; Synthesizing multiple types of business intelligence and data, developing assumptions in lieu of data, and using external sources to help drive business learnings and strategy development by leveraging SQL, A/B Testing and Data Visualization/Reporting BI tools such as Tableau, Clickstream, Quicksight and Qlik; Developing and implementing business intelligence tools (SQL)/DataBricks, automated dashboards, pipelines or data warehouse and systems using ETL tools; Interpreting data and analyze results using statistical techniques, create new/and maintain ongoing reports; Creating data pipelines and objects (tables, views, stored procedures, cursors, and functions) using SQL Server to clean, organize and maintain data; Defining, implementing and standardizing metrics and dashboards leveraging Tableau/Qliksense Answer for ad-hoc analytic questions and to contribute to decision-making through opportunity sizing; Designing and developing analytical reports from multiple data sources with Tableau, Qlik and Quicksight; 8Identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets; Analyzing, optimizing and validating data stores; and producing project documentation.

Salary: $71.00 to $90.00/hr.

REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business Analytics or Engineering and one years' experience in position or one years' experience in IT or Business Analytics field (or Bachelor's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Business Analytics or Engineering and five years experience in position or five years experience in IT or Business Analytics field).

Special requirements: Experience with Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, PySpark, Qlik, A/B testing, and SQL. Up to 100% travel to unanticipated domestic clients in US required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
