Job Description:

The Inspection Manager oversees team members in a certain department to ensure they are performing effectively. Their main duties include creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members. Managers may typically be required to perform tasks like administrative duties, organizing employee schedules, monitoring, and evaluating employee performance and leading team members. Managers may also be responsible for collaborating and developing improvement plans, monitoring progress and delegating employee assignments.
*Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *

* Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations

* Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.

* Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

* Monitoring department activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.

* Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.

* Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.

* Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive.

* Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

* Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.

* Perform other duties assigned by management.

*Education/Qualification: *

* Bachelor's degree in related field required.

* Two years of related experience in the industry required.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.

* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Other Duties:*

* Adheres to the Code of Conduct, Confidentiality Agreement, and Company Safety Policy.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

*Physical Requirements:*

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

* The physical to visit customer's jobsites, which may include the ability to climb a ladder, and perform functions as needed in the field.
