EDUCATION AND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS


  • Highschool diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Minimum of 6 months working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic arithmetic.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Ability to operate a forklift and man lift to approved O.S.H.A. standards.

  • Must be able to load and unload trucks.
  • Set up parts in designated areas to prepare for processing/shipping.
  • Identifies and ensures that the correct parts are placed in the designated order.
  • Ensures checklists are done correct (quantity and serial numbers if applicable) before turning in.
  • Ensures or notifies supervisor of needed resources/supplies (ie pallets, lumber, services).
  • Must have understanding and knowledge of company procedures and work instructions.
  • Maintains a clean, safe and organized workstation.
  • Must follow all company policies, safety and procedures.
  • Report any problems observed to supervisor/manager.
