Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an O365 Administrator. This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot incidents and perform the day-to-day desktop related support activities independently. The role holder will be responsible for all the End User Support related activities including end-points related change management & problem management, technology currency initiatives, application deployments, addressing security vulnerabilities related to end-point applications. All the activities will need to be performed with high quality, timeliness as well as compliance to laid down processes.

Required Qualifications:


  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jacksonville, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.

  • Experience in O365 & Intune, Device Management, Teams, Microsoft Entra ID administration

  • Experience in Desktop/Laptop Window 10/11 Support.

  • Experience in MECM/Intune based application deployments & Imaging, Desktop OS installation

  • Experience in working in HelpDesk support, Hands & Feet support.

  • This job requires physical handling of PC & peripheral equipment across the premises including the datacenter.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification related to Windows Support.

  • Willing to work in production support and on-call rotation for support of systems outside of normal business hours including weekends.

  • Strong communication and Analytical skills.

  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
