Working collaboratively with other departments or bakeries to ensure timely, accurate and safe delivery of bakery products to sales depots and other bakery divisions. Provides accounting, planning, and scheduling to the Shipping Department.

  • Perform audits, order adjustments, and data entry tasks using NAV, PCData and various other software.
  • Create reports, tracking sheets, and schedules for the shipping department using NAV, PCData, and various other software.
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure the information gets to designated recipients.
  • Keep accurate product inventory level utilizing PCData.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
  • Support and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Reconcile department paperwork to ensure accuracy and store properly under SQF guidelines. Notify management team of any discrepancies.
  • Ensures work area remains neat, clean and organized.
  • Assist with tracking employee training records.
  • Adhere to and follow the Company’s Core Values.
  • Additional and/or other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must maintain confidentiality of data processes and handled in the shipping offices.
  • Strong computer skills. Knowledge with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in NAV and PCData preferred.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in filing, typing, proofreading, and inventory tracking.
  • Proficient in basic math and arithmetic.
  • Be able to sit for long periods, stand, kneel, and stoop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED required, one year of clerical or receptionist work preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment
