We're looking for a Senior Partner Experience Manager to join our team! You'll be responsible for supporting the end-to-end Partner Life Cycle and success of our reseller partner network. You'll collaborate with the Senior Director of Partner Experience, Sales Directors globally, Technical and Partner Success Managers throughout all stages of the partner lifecycle to ensure the most optimal partner experience is delivered across our global network. Most importantly, you'll play a key role in making sure we're adding value to reseller partners in order to accelerate growth within reseller partner markets. You'll Get To:

  • Play a key role within each reseller partners pre-sales evaluation project and act as the project manager of the pre-sales evaluation phase of the partner lifecycle

  • Collaborate with Global Sales and Technical Account Management teams to develop an evaluation strategy that meets the reseller partner’s objectives and achieves a successful outcome

  • Implement, maintain, and evaluate the success of the pre-qualification checklist to ensure the right reseller partners are added to the reseller network

  • Function as a subject matter expert from a process and technical perspective

  • Consult on topics including change management, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques, and more

  • Manage the entire evaluation project plan to ensure budget, milestones, and deadlines are met

  • Manage the integration readiness for partners globally and support the transition to the Partner Success Managers for the partner onboarding process

  • Deliver effective training on the partner portal, business processes and systems to provide a successful partner engagement during evaluation

Project Planning

  • Craft a go-to-market project plan that aligns with the reseller partner needs and aligns all key stakeholders internally and externally of the reseller partners timescales and milestones to launch to market.

  • Co-ordinate the internal handover of the reseller partner account to the Partner Success Manager and other stakeholders.

Partner Experience

  • Work closely with the Sales Engineer in the qualification presales process and product solution on trials and demos with emerging markets that align with the investments/chasm work. Support OKR’s and drive the results to achieve the goals needed to grow sales

  • Support Sales and help with Analytics to drive growth and increased sales revenue by creating reports as key indicators to perform

  • Maintain and update the partner lifecycle tracker and dashboard and create quarterly reports to keep stakeholders within the business aligned on the reseller network pipeline.

  • Identify opportunities to design and implement improvements to SOPs, tools and resources which will enhance the partner experience and create efficiencies among Partner Success Managers

  • Co-ordinate with Partner Consulting where end user trial opportunities are present, and reseller partners require support

  • Analyze data to identify trends which present opportunities or risks to the overall success of the reseller network

  • Create a strategy for any stalled accounts across any stage of the partner lifecycle

  • Support the creation of Partner Success training packages in support of NPI projects

  • Support the overall partner experience in relation to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer models)

  • Other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a technical field or Sales Role), or equivalent years of experience desired

  • 5-8 years of account management, commercial experience, solution architecture and strategic consulting experience with enterprise partners or clients and Data Analytics; Industries such as: services, trucking, and fleet is highly preferred

  • Must be bilingual: Spanish (required), Portuguese (a plus)

  • Ability to build strong relationships, including the ability to empower and influence partners on innovative technology in a SAS environment

  • Experience with Salesforce and all Microsoft applications

  • Able to develop Metrics, dashboards and analyze data to make decisions and create KPI’s to help the Sr Director Partner Experience create a proactive approach to monitoring partner experience

  • Technical aptitude and ability to support partner requirements and Partner Success Manager initiatives

  • Strong technical insight: ability to learn technical products quickly and work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to travel up to 20% Globally
