We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team.
Responsibilities: • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner. • Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. • Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate deductions and withholdings. • Maintain accurate and organized financial records, both electronically and in hard copy. • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including generating financial reports. • Prepare and file tax documents as required. • Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel. Quickbooks experience is a plus. • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
