How Are We Different?
4 Day Work Week; Our full-time Providers work only 4 days per week; 32 hours providing is considered 'full time' status
Hybrid Service Delivery Model; Providers can choose clinic-based or hybrid telehealth combination to best meet their work-life balance needs.
Assessments & Materials: All clinics provide all materials - office supplies, laptops, iPads, phones, AAC devices, standardized assessments, and treatment materials in all rooms for providers to access. You are not required to spend any money out-of-pocket for your job to be successful
Compensation: PPV Rates are comparable & competitive with all other settings, which exceed salary or hourly positions in schools, out patient settings, hospitals, and most home health or telehealth agencies
CF Training & Mentorship; CFs average 50+ hours of direct supervision and 20+ hours of indirect supervision per segment (as compared to ASHA's 6h/6h requirement).
New Hire 120 Training Period; All new hires, regardless of work history receive 120 days of training support with mentorship and leadership to ensure job performance success
Colleague Support: Work with other SLPs (7), SLPAs (11), and Psychologists (5). Collaborate for case management & consultation - you are never the only Provider in the building or feel alone with case management
Opportunities to Specialize: Your caseload; your way! We have no shortage of referrals for assessment & treatment for Dyslexia & Literacy, AAC devices, Autism, IDD & Cognitive Delays, Minimally Verbal & Early Intervention, Motor Speech & Articulation, Language & Bilingual, Feeding Disorders
Full Admin Support: Scheduling, make ups, attendance audits, faxing, emailing, calling, billing - Providers don't have time for Admin work! We have a large Admin Team of (10) to take the burdon.
Consistency: There is no shortage of referrals, new patients, intakes, assesments, follow ups, or waitlisted patients! You do not have to worry about not having enough billable hours or sharing a caseload.
Time Off: You can take as much or as little time off as your family & lifestyle need. You don't have to receive 'permission' to be off work.
