Receptionist

Payrate: $27/hour on w2

Location: New York, NY-Onsite1 year contract-with the possibility of extension

Client is looking for a receptionist who will act as the first point of contact for all guests and candidates, provide general assistance to visitors and internal employees, give administrative support, and deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm. You will work closely with the Workplace Team and stakeholders to make Client New York a world class place to visit and work. This is an onsite role with the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

? Provide excellent service by greeting guests, candidates and visitors to ensure they have a stunning lobby experience.? Communicate and coordinate with internal employees for guest, vendor & candidate arrival? Assign, monitor, and complete employee requests via Helpdesk Ticketing System (Zendesk, ServiceNow), Slack channels, email distribution lists, and front desk walk-ups.? Daily campus walkthrough audits of each building? Partner closely with key stakeholders including N-Tech (IT), Talent Coordinating team, Employee Services, Security, and the broader Workplace Teams? Ensure Workplace Support Desk and Lobbies are tidy and stocked with necessary supplies? Manage distribution of access badges for all new and current employees? Create new hire materials and help facilitate the on-boarding experience? Perform administrative tasks such as compiling reports, performing audits, tracking data, and scanning.? Improve current workflows and processes through innovation? Assist the Workplace Team with special projects as needed

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree is a plus.

? Previous reception or administrative support experience a plus.

? Must be a team player, flexible, positive, and professional, especially when faced with a changing environment

? Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

? Ability to be resourceful and proactive

? Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.) is preferred.

? Highly organized, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team.

? Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
