Job Overview

The Regulatory Licensing Coordinator is responsible for planning, managing, and the implementation of highly visible licensing projects to improve enterprise infrastructure and promote service integration of AltaMed’s clinic services. The projects assigned are broad in scope and may involve coordinating with multiple departments across regions within the organization. The Coordinator supports the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout AltaMed including the clinical sites with the aim of improving patient health outcomes and business results by ensuring compliance related to licensing components within the organization. Other responsibilities may include maintaining project plans, calendars, dashboards, and activities in addition to assisting in managing the budget and keeping licensing compliant with legal regulations applicable to a project. Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care, Organizational Management, or a related field preferred. Typically required.2. Minimum of 2 years of experience required.3. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis/project coordination with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results required.4. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. 5. Certified Associate in Project Management or Project Management Professional preferred. 6. Experience in health care process improvement, acquisitions, project management training or business integration highly preferred.

Compensation

$31.38 - $39.23 hourly
