Job Description:

Local accounting firm seeks a highly motivated Administrative Professional to provide support of daily operations. The position is responsible for providing support to the Administrative Manager as well as the CPAs, Accountants and Bookkeepers as needed. Please send resumes to office@williamhdaviscpa.com.


Duties include but not limited to:
-Handling multi-line phone, Direct calls accordingly
-Filing, Faxing, Scanning, Copying
-Greeting and assisting clients upon arrival
-Contacting and answering emails
-Creating and maintaining all office files
-Processing documents and tax returns


Ideal candidate possesses the following:

-Handle a fast paced work environment during tax season
-Work independently with minimal supervision


Minimum Qualifications:
-1 year of administrative experience
-High school diploma
-Basic computer programs such as Outlook, Microsoft Office
-Tax experience a plus but not mandatory
