Hospice and Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) at Care Synergy in Arvada, Colorado

Job Description:

Do you have a calling to work in Home Health, Hospice, or Palliative Care? Colorado Visiting Nurse Association (CVNA) has multiple RN openings within the Denver Metro and surrounding areas and Northern Colorado. RN positions include Admissions, Case Managers, Home Health, Wellness, Triage, and After Hours (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, Per Visit). Must have a current RN license, valid Colorado driver’s license, and provide proof of auto insurance.

Pay Range: $39.71 - $45.84 and Per Visit Model

CVNA has a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees including Medical, Dental, Vision, 403b retirement plan with employer match, PTO, Paid Sick Leave, seven paid holidays, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life, and AD&D insurance. Clinical employees are eligible to receive paid mileage, shift differentials, overtime, and other stipends depending on position, schedule and/or availability.
