Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $160,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
Our client, a successful high volume manufacturing company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Controller. This role is pivotal for maintaining the company's financial health and requires a candidate with exceptional organizational skills, precision, and the ability to foster positive customer relationships through clear communication. The successful candidate will be adept at juggling multiple tasks, reliable, and dedicated to meeting deadlines without fail.



Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Financial Management: Conduct thorough analysis and provide valuable management reporting. Support accounting functions by preparing bills, reconciling month-end client reports, and ensuring ledger accuracy.
• 
  Operational Leadership: Lead daily KPI reviews with the operations team, spearheading improvements and implementing robust accounting and internal control processes.
• 
  Strategic Insight: Contribute to both immediate and long-term strategic planning with insightful recommendations.
• 
  Regulatory Oversight: Manage regulatory reporting, including meticulous tax planning and compliance.
• 
  Team Development: Guarantee that all team members possess the necessary skills for their roles, promoting the highest standards of professionalism and competence.
• 
  Communication: Uphold excellent interdepartmental communication and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of departmental protocols, policies, and procedures.
• 
  Financial Reporting: Coordinate bank deposits, monitor office expenses, and develop regular financial reports for management and external accountants.
• 
  Tax and Payroll: Prepare and file quarterly and monthly tax returns, along with managing payroll and other business taxes.
• 
  Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and provide accurate reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in a related field.
• High proficiency in computer platforms and applications.
• Expertise in QuickBooks (desktop and online) and other accounting software. QuickBooks Certification is highly regarded.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of being highly organized and methodical.
