Job Details:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or UX research, with a strong focus on accessibility.


• Deep understanding of WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards and guidelines.


• Proven experience in conducting accessibility audits and usability testing with people with disabilities.


• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.


• Passion for creating inclusive and user-centered designs.


• Experience with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, voice control).


• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools and techniques.


• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
