Job Description:
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Salary: $15.00 USD Hourly - $20.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Technician at Owings Mills, MD.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Receiving desktop assets, peripherals, and accessories.
- Tracking and updating Coupa orders
- Updating ServiceNow tickets
- Shipping equipment (both interoffice and to associates homes)
- Inventory and data reconciliation
- Imaging pcs and loaner laptops
- Occasional software installation and troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ServiceNow is preferred
- Excel- spreadsheets for tracking purposes
- Inventory Operations experience
- Attention to detail
- IT Asset Management
