Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
Our facility is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home.
In cooperation with the DON, assumes responsibility of total resident/patient care on a designated unit for each shift worked by performing professional nursing duties and assuring the completion of nurse aide duties. Cooperates with all disciplines to assure high quality resident/patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing and must possess a current Registered Nurse license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
