This role involves assisting with the preparation of tax provisions, supporting tax compliance efforts and conducting research. The intern will assist with data analysis, documentation and special projects, gaining valuable experience in corporate tax operations.


- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and supporting documentation.


- Conduct research on tax laws, regulations, and best practices to support tax planning and compliance efforts.


- Help with data collection, analysis, and organization for tax filings and audits.


- Support the preparation of tax provisions and ensure accurate tax reporting.


- Assist in maintaining and updating tax records and documentation.


- Participate in special projects and analyses as required.
