We support more than 20,000 startups across industries in NVIDIA Inception, with a particular focus on highly-strategic AI solutions.

We are looking for an Inception Business Development Lead for AI startups. You will work closely with Inception and NVIDIA leadership to identify and engage the most pioneering AI startups that are redefining their industries. Through deep ecosystem relationships, you will ensure that NVIDIA is closely supporting the success of Silicon Valley's world-class AI founders.

What you'll be doing:

• Scout, identify, and recruit top AI startups to join NVIDIA Inception program
  
  


• Expand the NVIDIA Inception program ecosystem by aligning closely with leading venture capital firms and accelerators.
  
  


• Collaborate with leadership, developer relations managers, and Inception Partner Managers to develop strategies and program offerings that provide unique support for startup tech adoption and go-to-market activations.
  
  


• Report on data driven key business metrics to show impact on startup ecosystems
  
  


• Generate reports on relevant fundraising trends, talent moment, and AI market analysis
  
  


• Work directly with our Venture Capital Alliance, Corp Development, NVentures and external investment teams to support stealth-stage startups when they need it most.
  
  

What we need to see:

• BS/MS or equivalent experience
  
  


• Minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience such as VC, startup accelerators/incubators, corporate startup programs, executive or management positions at startups or platform ecosystem development.
  
  


• Deep connections to Silicon Valley startups and investors, with a proven track record of startup business development success.
  
  


• Strong technical knowledge of AI, approaches to applied AI, and the companies/individuals leading the AI shift.
  
  


• Experience in relevant technologies, computing, and deep learning application development is a plus
  
  


• Can-do attitude, bias-to-action, high energy, with excellent interpersonal and executive communication skills in a high-paced environment.

The base salary range is 148,000 USD - 287,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
