Through solid relationships and skill craft, they are in need of multiple Superintendents with the ambition to grow and develop into a senior figure within the Superintendent team.

Your new role:


Your new role will be a key member of the superintendent workforce managing your own projects from start to finish. This will include support from a project workforce which depending on the scale of the project, will entail some leadership opportunities. The day to day running of these long term projects will fall under your remit, being the forefront of driving the sub contractors, hosting site inspections, pouring of the concrete, and maintaining high levels of safety.

What you'll need to succeed:


You will need to be a forward-thinking, ambitious person with excellent communication skills. As this role will be a senior figure within the superintendent's team, you will have multiple large tilt wall projects of over 300k SQFT under your belt and be an influential member of the team. Training and mentoring will also be part of your role, so some experience in this will be advantageous.

Strong civil experience with site work that includes, backfilling lakes, methane venting systems etc

Project scope: Project scopes with 500 SQFT are highly desired. Tenant improvement and industrial build out experience also highly desired.
