Job Description:

Schneider Electric is looking for an experienced Security Service Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced security specialist with over 3 years of broad knowledge and extensive work experience in relevant roles within the Services Department. The Field Service Technician role involves configuring, calibrating, and repairing technical products and systems at customer field locations.

  • Performing a variety of maintenance and technical support on installed products and equipment remote or on site.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving malfunctions
  • Determining when products should be upgraded or replaced
  • Respond to On Demand service calls.
  • Participation in after-hours on call rotation when appropriate
  • May provide onsite training for customer support personnel

Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency :

Works under limited supervision for routine situations.

  • Provide assistance and training to lower-level employees.
  • Problems typically are not routine and require analysis to understand.
  • Execute maintenance and repair on customer installed base, in a specific delimited know-how

Requirements:

  • CCTV a plus
  • Network device experience
  • Experience with commercial customer sites
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Card access : Continuum , G en e tec, RS 2
  • Access expert
  • Security Expert
  • Video;
  • Pelco, G enetec , mile
  • S tone and AXIS
