Summary:
The Manufacturing Site Support Analyst/LAN position has on-site support responsibility for all IT related functions by performing activities pertaining to information technology and business unit objectives in a Manufacturing Facility. More specifically, this role will perform tasks requiring on-site support for basic and intermediate level requests for applications, IT devices, maintain and configure network devices and infrastructure support per the responsibilities listed. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Other responsibilities will include desktop support, application support, and computer room operations support. This primary position is a network support role, responsible for adding new devices, port configuration, turning ports on and off, troubleshooting network issues, wiring issues, this contractor's secondary role will be operations support, supporting the plan operations, different applications, desktop support, some label work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or Technical degree/school
- At least 2 years of experience
- 2 years of CISCO experience
- 2 years of experience with routers and switches
- Experience working in large environments
- Manufacturing/warehouse experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
