RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Senior OpenShift Infrastructure Consultant with expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (OCP) and networking. This role focuses on deploying and managing OpenShift infrastructure, including virtual environments and complex networking solutions. While direct experience with OpenShift Virtualization is preferred, candidates with strong infrastructure and networking experience will be considered. The Senior OpenShift Infrastructure Consultant will support the deployment and operation of infrastructure and assist the client with advanced networking setups, both in public cloud and on-premises environments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience with OpenShift infrastructure (OCP)


• Expertise in networking technologies, including Cisco, Palo Alto, or F5


• Experience with networking in public cloud or on-prem environments


• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills


• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Desired Skills:

• Networking certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Palo Alto, or F5 certifications)


• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization (OCP Virt)


• Prior experience working with government clients or classified projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
