We are looking for a Quality Coordinator. You will report to the Quality Supervisor.

• 1st shift (6a-2p), Daily and Weekend OT




• You will report onsite at our Louisville Location. #LI-Onsite

As a Quality Coordinator you will:

• Monitoring HACCP,SSOPandGMPprogram implementation in the facility.




• Perform daily record reviews to ensure all quality and regulatory requirements are met.




• Perform daily food sensory evaluation.




• Handling all quality andfood safetyproductionholds and product release.




• Deliverfood safetyandfood qualitytraining for facility team members.




• Work with production on solution to problems resulting in out of specification products/product hold.




• Perform routine audits of HACCP documentations and process.




• Take routine microbiological swab samples.




• Perform pre-operational line inspection after




• Understanding of FDA Regulations




• Other responsibilities as assigned.




• You will have no directreports; however, you will provide guidance and support toquality assurancetechnicians, team managers and line lead personnel based on historical andsituationalexperiences.

You have:

• 2 plus years in aQuality Role




• Experience withinpackaging/food products industry, preferred.




• Prior HACCP experience preferred.




• Proficient knowledge with Microsoft office products, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.




• Maintain high expectations for self and others, demonstrating adedicationto achievement of results.




• Ability to stand, climb and lift up to 50lbs boxes. Ability to work in a multi climate environment.
