Job Description:

Our client, a global Fintech firm, is seeking a Tax Manager. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with domestic and federal tax laws and regulations, as well as preparing quarterly and annual income tax provisions. The Tax Manager will analyze tax rates, conduct tax account reconciliations, and support annual budgeting and transaction-related tax matters. This position requires cross-departmental collaboration with various teams and external partners, along with mentoring team members.


The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting and 10+ years of tax experience, including expertise in tax provisions.


CPA certification or a master's degree in taxation is preferred.
