Summary:



Performs/oversees daily operations to support Clinical Therapy Services.



Responsibilities:



Maintains patient lists and patient data tracking for outcome reporting.Provides case management and clinical services for clients and their families.Facilitates groups with adults and/or adolescents.Develops and maintains daily activity schedules.Provides community outreach and engagement as needed.Evaluates and assesses the needs and strengths of clients and families.
