Job Description:

This is a hybrid role (not eligiblefor100% remotework). Employees must live within a commutable distance to the Charlotte Metro Area and must be available to be onsite at the Slalom office or local clients.

We are seeking a talented consulting leader to support the growth and success of our Data & Analytics practice for the Carolinas. You'll enable our consultants, senior delivery leads, and solution experts to achieve highly valued outcomes for our clients. We are looking for Senior Principal or Director level candidates.



What You'll Do




Grow Expertise:

• Master in the full life cycle of data transformation and delivery, with a focus on Data Strategy and Governance.


• Lead pursuits or sales solutions at a foundational level.


• Lend expertise to enhance capabilities and contribute to cross-market community.

Grow the Company:

• Intentionally growing and managing professional network in delivery environments and/or area of expertise.


• Be responsible for aspects of operational and project financial health.


• Drive sales through proactive identification of opportunities and leadership in pursuits.

Lead by Example:

• Lead and develop others by celebrating uniqueness and empower others to bring their full selves to work.


• Lead and develop teams, co-create team vision, strategy, and targeted outcomes.


• Lead and develop self by modeling curiosity, creating a resilient environment, and fostering authenticity.


• Serve as a formal people leader, guiding direct reports, sharing updates, and promoting change agility.

What You'll Bring

• A strategic thinker and influential leader with a passion for delivering exceptional results.


• 10+ years of experience in developing solutions in modern governance tools such as Collibra, and/or Informatica and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and GCP


• Solid understanding of data management disciplines, including data quality, data insights and advance analytics.


• Expertise in AI and Data Engineering with prior experience delivering on large engagements is preferable


• Proficiency in designing and implementing data strategy and governance frameworks to establish policies, procedures, standards, and controls for effective data management, including data quality, retention, and access control.


• Consulting and Communication Skills: Strong consulting skills to assess client needs, communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing data posture. This includes the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.


• Manage and lead assessment, discovery, and project deliveries across all data domains and industries - including health care, life sciences, retail, and financial services


• Act as a domain expert in platform governance, and continue to drive this capability across the Carolinas


• Previous consulting or client management experience is preferable
