Job Description:

Position Summary

The ideal Manufacturing Engineer Planner candidate has direct experience with Oracle/SAP, planning assembly operations, writing item masters and writing/updating shop floor routings. Must be a self-starter, proven team player who is able to work in a fast-paced, and flexible environment.

How You Will Do It

• E & O investigation of over 1,700 parts to see if they can be utilized
• Update of the cleaning weld rod in routers.
• Update pressure test operation to cover additional safety updates
• Update routers from RCCA's.
• Work Instructions for DK, Vertical and Press bellow machines.
• Training matrixes for ID/OD, DK, Vertical, and Press bellow machines.
• Add reference for Erichsen tester to all tube mill routers.
• Add form 62-004-00 to all bellow routings on ID/OD machines.
• Adding equipment ID to resources.

What We Look For

• Proficiency with software including word processing and graphic presentation programs.
• Knowledge of ProdDuct Data Management (PDM), Global shop Solutions (GSS) and Oracle ERP software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Attention to detail with ability to organize and maintain proprietary files and records.
• Ability to manage key relationships.
• Ability to prioritize workload and complete tasks in a timely manner

Compensation

Salary Minimum: $50,000

Salary Maximum: $70,000
