Ultimate is looking for a Direct Hire Legal Administrator who can review documents for errors, manage outlook calendars and support three attorneys on site in downtown Hartford CT. You won't be using the phone much as this person will be an organizer and a meticulous legal document reader and corrector.

What will I be doing?
Supporting a team of 3 Attorneys
Managing Outlook Calendars for 3 Attorneys
Reading documents in Cursive
Proof reading all correspondence.
Creating Letters
Typing all kinds of documents and correspondence
Managing client files.
What Qualifications must I have?
2-3 years of Administrative Support Work
Microsoft Outlook Calendar Experience
Organizing and maintaining files and contracts
Polished and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Associates or Bachelors Degree
