Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Front Desk Admin with a great company in Silver Spring, MD. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Responsibilities include managing office tasks, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative duties. This is a part-time role and fully in office. This position will pay $20-21 per hour depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning


• Schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments


• Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner


• Maintain the kitchen area and keep front desk area neat and organized


• Maintain office supplies and order as needed


• Assist with computer set up and light troubleshooting


• Support other team members with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience preferred


• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


• High school diploma or equivalent
