Internal Job Description


I. List essential function(s) of the job.


A. Responsible for the dumping of all condemned products including correct


handling of the inedible products in regard to USDA and safety requirements


B. Must be able to work around breader dust and marination


C. Must be able to work in hot/cold temperatures


D. Responsible for outside condemn dock, including condemn trailers.


E. Must ensure trailers are loaded evenly and not overfilled.


E. Responsible for keeping all areas clean.


D. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.


II. List the muscular/skeletal requirement(s) of the job.


A. Use hands, arms, shoulders, back, and legs to lift/carry and dump. (appx 80 lbs)


B. Must use hands and fingers to grip


C. Must use eyes to see.


D. Must use legs/feet to stand for long periods of time. (approx 3 1/2 hours)


E. Must be able to bend, reach, walk, climb, and stoop.

IV. List any minimum education, certification(s), diploma(s), or technical expertise required to perform the job functions.


Must be able to read and write


Must have basic math skills


Must have good communication skills
