What You Will Do:

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will provide leadership and support on various Human Resources functions and initiatives to all organizational levels in a multi-state environment. You will primarily work from our Oklahoma City, OK office with the flexibility to work remotely from home up to two days per week.

• Key Focus Areas:
• Engage in all staff lifecycle activities from onboarding through off-boarding, including serving as a day-to-day point of contact for new hire onboarding and HR questions
• Provide daily support to staff and managers by answering questions, redirecting to company resources/policies/procedures, and providing Human Resources solutions
• Partner with HR Business Partners on special projects related to a wide variety of HR initiatives including compliance, HRIS, policies & procedures, recruitment, and general administration
• Coach, develop, and guide managers and supervisors through the performance process
• Lead, conduct, and document employee relations investigations

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• A minimum of three years of broad Human Resources experience
• Proven ability to develop relationships with individuals at all organizational levels
• Strong business acumen with the ability to use technology and data and drive process efficiencies, including experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred
• A/E/C industry experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work from various locations
