You will …

• Leads the global design, adoption, and enhancements to Epicor P21 ERP solutions.
• Administers and ensures the ERP system is configured to meet business requirements and integrates with other enterprise systems.
• Designs and implements integration solutions to connect P21 ERP with Microsoft Dynamics. Sales CRM, Microsoft Business Central, Azure Purview, and other systems.
• Ensures data flows between systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.
• Implements data maintenance standards and best practices.
• Implements security measures to protect ERP data and ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, industry standards, and data privacy regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a P21 ERP Support Analyst, Administrator, Architect, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  
• Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
• Proven experience with Epicor P21, help desk software, and support ticketing systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in user training and developing training materials.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
