This is an in-office position located in Columbia, MO
As a Data Scientist, you will work with Quantitative Strategy team members to improve business conversions and decision-making capabilities. Depending on your assignment, you will focus on one of the following areas:

Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Foundations
Work with cross-functional teams to develop reporting, perform analysis, or build models that support Product Development, Quantitative Strategy, and Product team goals.
Collaborate with business units to perform supporting development and/or necessary maintenance on existing data science products. This may include providing advanced analytical assistance on initiatives that were started outside Quantitative Strategy.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.
Products
Build data science solutions, including reports, analyses, and models, that help maximize success on initiatives and experiments started either within Quantitative Strategy or in collaboration with business units. This may also include providing advanced analytical assistance on external initiatives.
Collaborate with business units to determine key factors affecting business performance and goals. Work with other Data Scientists to plan, develop, and execute on a roadmap of data science solutions aimed at achieving business goals.
Assist other Data Scientists in completing product reports, routine analysis, and other miscellaneous data science tasks. Provide feedback where necessary.
Actively contribute to making the team and culture stronger by assisting with other duties as needed, excluding licensed activity.

Related business experience such as business planning, sales and/or project management
Proficient in basic computer technologies appropriate for an internet-based company
Regular and predictable attendance
