Job Description:

We believe the Corporate Recruiter possesses advanced recruiting expertise, organizational knowledge, and sound business judgment to identify and attract top talent for Liveops. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates across all disciplines, managing relationships with hiring managers, overseeing the selection and onboarding process, and educating hiring managers on the external labor market.

The Purpose of Your Role

You will support the full cycle recruiting efforts of the business, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent for positions that support our customers, agents, and employees. Your goal is to deliver quality talent at all levels, ensuring they have the skills, experience, and competencies to meet our business objectives.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience required.

  • At least5 + years of recruiting experience.

  • Highly developed consultative skills for building long-term relationships.

  • Mastery of web-based applicant tracking systems; UKG experience is a plus.

  • Technical aptitude to continue to refine processes within the applicant tracking system (UKG).

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques and tools, including social platforms.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced start up environment with the flexibility to adapt to slower periods, and effectively manage project-based work.

  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.

  • Ability to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Resourceful in identifying and utilizing necessary resources and assistance to find quality candidates.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

  • Thrives on networking, meeting new people, and maintains a compassionate, considerate, and diplomatic attitude.

  • Demonstrated highly motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to problem-solve through a collaborative and team-oriented approach.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.

  • Define expectations with hiring managers for timeframes, candidate quality, ideal profiles, and update frequency.

  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn), job boards, and networking.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing, job postings and interview coordination to offer negotiations and onboarding.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting progress and pipeline, and assist hiring manager with offer details and negotiation points.

  • Share perspective and influence hiring decision by consulting with hiring manager on candidate match as aligned to job specifications and make compelling case for highest quality candidate(s).

  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience as well as policies and employer branding initiatives.

  • Represent the company at recruiting events, including career fairs and campus events.

    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and decision-making.

  • Understand and communicate recruitment metrics, progress, challenges, and recommend strategies for optimization.
