Work Schedule :

100 % FTE, 40 hours/week. Day/evening shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of department.

We are seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neurology (PT) to:


  • P rovide consultative and rehabilitative services to individuals with conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, movement disorders and vestibular disorders.
  • Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care.
  • Seek continual learning opportunities to advance one's own practice and educate others.
  • Work within a large, dynamic rehabilitation team to continually provide exceptional patient and family centered care.

Education :

Minimum - Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Work Experience :

Preferred - Two (2) years prior relevant experience.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum - Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) within three months of hire.
