What you'll do





  • Prepare documentation and development files for RPA.

  • Analyze processes/activities and make automation recommendations for operational and functional areas.

  • Create process documentation and utilize business intelligence and data.

  • Quantify savings to the organization based on projects that utilize RPA solutions.

  • Utilize visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to compile data from various sources into interactive dashboards and analysis reports.

  • Develop/maintain systems and solutions supported by Engineering Services.

  • Prepare and/or design new reports and coding as needed.

  • Regularly correspond with and answer questions from supervision and management concerning automation solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely activities and satisfy project timelines.

  • Present summer projects in a final presentation to leadership.

  • Complete special projects as assigned.




What you need





  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate in a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Computing, Management Information Systems, or related curriculum with at least 1 year in the program

  • Minimum GPA of 2.75

  • Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels

  • Self-motivated and able to learn, develop and contribute in a fast-paced environment




Bonus if you have





  • Working knowledge of multiple computer languages preferred (C/C#/C++, Python, VB.Net, SQL, HTML, Java, JavaScript)

  • Experience with process documentation preferred (Visio, flowcharts, Task Capture)

  • Experience automating processes using tools and techniques preferred (UiPath, Power Automate)
