Job Overview

Responsible for oversight and coordination of staff functions related to dental back office including but not limited to, patient flow, sterilization, inventory and supply ordering, chart documentation, quality and safety practices as they relate to dental back office staff. This position is also responsible for ensuring efficiency of back office dental operations and for mentoring, coaching, and training new dental back office staff.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school Diploma required.

2. Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience in a dental office setting required.

3. Active Registered Dental Assistant certification along with sealant certification required.

4. Current BLS certification required.

Compensation

$62,013.46 - $77,516.82 annually
