Senior Director of Human Resources
The Senior Director of Human Resources has overall responsibility for taking care of our most important resource:our team of great people. Working as a collaborative leader, the director is responsible for managing and reporting on all of the following areas:
Aligning Human Resources strategic goals to Fading Wests overall strategy
Recruiting, hiring, onboarding
Benchmarking compensation and benefits
Positively impacting employee relations and staff culture
Alignment of performance management and evaluations
Organizational structure and planning of staffing requirements
Standardizing employee records and employee data management
Enforcing company personnel policies, and compliance with employment law
The Senior Director collaborates with the leadership team to develop and implement the organizations business plan in order to meet its strategic goals. The director recommends the strategies for taking care of and managing a high-performance staff. The director leads the team in our desire to become the place where everyone wants to work.
