Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Technical Contract Submittals for compliance with technical requirements.


• Compile Certification Packages for Interface and Systems Safety & Security.


• Support Certification Manager with oversight of subcontractors.


• Coordinate with appropriate parties when Works are nearing completion to support handover efforts.


• Preparations of red-lines and exhibits as needed.


• Asset Management data validation.


• Organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.


• Interfacing with Owner personnel, contractor personnel from other departments and subcontractor personnel.


• Additional tasks to contribute to the success of the project as necessary.

Skills Required:

• Strong reading comprehension.


• Ability to understand technical requirements and documentation.


• Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.


• Organizational ability - able to plan, prioritize, organize and monitor activities and projects.


• Able to work well in a group environment and foster a team approach.


• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel.

Minimum Experience:

• Four-year degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.


• Experience reading Engineering plans and documents.


• Two years' relevant work experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working in Construction, Heavy Civil or Civil Engineering fields.


• Experience working on major projects or design-build projects.


• Professional Engineer license.

Salary Range $95,000-120,000
