Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.

  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.

  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.

  • Operates related equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format.

  • Performs calibration and alignment checks; makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements as directed; prepares prescribed compounds and solutions.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.

Nice to Have


  • Experience with PRB (Product Review Board) processes - Familiarity with PRB procedures, root cause analysis, and non-conformance reports.

  • Knowledge of bounding techniques - Understanding various bonding methods and technologies in the manufacturing process.

  • Data analysis - Ability to analyze data related to process deviations, performance issues, and propose solutions.

  • Problem-solving skills - Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills for process or product failures.

  • Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement experience - Exposure to methodologies like Six Sigma or Kaizen to drive process improvements.

  • Experience with automated manufacturing equipment - Knowledge of automation systems used in production.

  • Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements - Understanding of ISO standards, FDA regulations, or other relevant industry quality standards.

  • Technical writing skills - Ability to create technical documentation, reports, and PRB-related records.
