Job Description:

Remote in US working 8 - 5 MST hours

Job Summary:

This Okta systems administrator manages and sets up essential Okta integrations, as well as maintains daily maintenance on the Okta platform

Job Responsibilities:

  • Audit/maintain Okta errors, tasks, and health-related to the overall efficiency of the dashboard
  • Supports and Maintains any environments/platforms supporting Okta and Integrations
  • Work with Staff Okta Admin to accomplish team and company goals and initiatives
  • Supports all avenues of Okta support requests via Slack, Google Chat, Jira, and ServiceNow
  • Document/update tenant configuration, as well as maintain SCIM synchronizations
  • Support implementation and management of security policies, alerts, reports, and audits
  • Support/control data governance, classification, discovery, and protection
  • Monitor and resolve health, usage, and service incidents
  • Keep informed about the latest features, updates, and best Okta and SSO practices
  • As part of your responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and Okta Professional Certification
  • 2 -3 years of experience in an Okta environment
  • Experience configuring/administering Enterprise technology, including several of the following: Okta, Google, Active Directory
  • Experience integrating multiple applications with Okta (SAML and OIDC)
  • Familiarity with administrative dashboard in Google Workspace
  • Skilled in incident management and prioritization
  • Capable of handling multiple projects and initiatives efficiently
