A client of ours located in East Orange, NJ is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Accounts Payables Adminsitrative Assistant to join their growing team. The right candidate will have previous administrative experience with a focus on billing. If you have Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks skills, this postion is for you!
Pay Range: up to $28.00/hour, depending on experience
Duties:
At least three (3) years of experience in bookkeeping and general clerical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills necessary for the handling of confidential information and providing high quality service both internally and externally.
Effective time management, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal skills.
Experience performing billing and bookkeeping work involved in preparing bills and maintaining all the various accounts in a computer program.
Providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities
Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
