SUMMARY: This position provides production with timely and accurate schedules reports necessary to production. This position weighs and and collects data for raw material and finished goods inventory. This position coordinates with multiple plants, logistics and corporate sales team which requires a great customer service approach to their role. This position must help identify any scheduling problems and inconsistencies with loads and/or paperwork prior to shipping. Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Review and reconcile of shipmments throughout shift for datat entry accurracy. Answer questions and assist in raw material direction as to which plant or process it may need to be routed to. Process analyze and distribute various daily and weekly reports while meeting set deadlines Entering and retrieving data in Material Information System as well as enter load information for AR purposes into SAP. Assist Supervisors and act as liaison as needed between plants and truck shop. Spend time in production to better understand the paperwork process. Filing organizing paperwork. Assist co-workers as needed. REQUIREMENTS: Prefer one year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience or training. Must have the ability to work independently thoroughly and in a timely manner while maintaining a positive attitude. Must be able to work well with others. Must possess knowledge in Microsoft Excel such as formatting page set up printing and basic formulas such as addition subtraction multiplication division . Must be experieced and have moderate knowledge in Microsoft Outlook such as sending emails attaching files to outgoing emails and opening emails and attachments. Must be able to take direction on different projects and be self-motivated to accomplish the task. Must have advanced data entry skills. The employee is required to stand walk and reach with hands and arms 15-25 percent of the time.
