Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Chat Specialist at Big Dee's Tack & Vet Supply in Streetsboro, OH. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers via chat, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Current Horse Experience (riding, training, owning, competition) minimum 2 years current experience required
Customer Support and Customer Service skills
Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
Strong Customer Experience background
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize customer inquiries
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High school diploma or equivalent
