This is a Full-time supervisory position, responsible for oversight of several residential sites providing services to individuals with disabilities in Shenandoah, IA. Prefer 2 years' supervisory experience, as well as previous experience in providing residential services.
Responsible for:
Daily management of residential operations in multiple locations.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal rules and regulations pertaining to service provision.
Supervision of staff providing direct services to individuals with disabilities.
Working assigned shifts in the residential settings, including assisting to cover open shifts as needed.
Oversight of the care of individuals receiving services, including participation on the team responsible to guide service delivery.
Oversight of properties operated by the organization.
Must be able to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work as a member of the team.
Must have good communication skills, good judgement, and decision-making ability.
Starting Salary: $21.00 - $22.00/hour
