As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. This position involves managing phone calls, greeting visitors, assisting with inquiries, and providing administrative support to help keep our operations running smoothly.
**Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person - Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Maintain a clean and organized showroom area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
**Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
