The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with MS Windows based file structure, or similar file structures, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities. Experience supporting senior or executive level staff, as well as enterprise-wide programs with multiple projects, is required. The candidate should be skilled in planning and coordinating program management process activities, such as program reviews and control gate reviews, including scheduling meetings and preparing briefings and presentations. Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite is essential, as is the ability to prioritize tasks based on the Sponsor's priorities and mission goals. The candidate should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining productive working partnerships with Sponsor Partner Agencies POCs, Sponsor Department POCs, and others to support the Sponsor's mission. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are a must, as well as the ability to make presentations to small audiences. Experience with Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Pro, creating and editing templates or forms, working with other agencies, specifically the FBI, and familiarity with security protocols are all desired qualifications. The candidate should also have experience organizing, cataloging, and indexing information collected from sensitive sources, conducting comprehensive research and traces of various databases, and vetting and approving accessibility requests. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required for this position. TS/SCI with Poly is required for this position.
